Update on the Kushner story

So, here’s the scoop: unsurprisingly, Kushner’s fate hangs on the outcome of the November 5th election.

The DoJ is abiding by the “30-day-rule” which means it won’t take any action that could be perceived as influencing an election.

However, the FARA unit within the Justice Department is said to “highly energized”, better-funded than previously and determined to hold violators of the FARA laws to account.

So, if Kamala Harris wins the election, Jared Kushner could find himself needing very expensive lawyers.

If his father-in-law wins, well, I think we know how that will go…
