We’ll touch on the latest from the trial of Sean Combs, including the controversial testimony of the rapper Kid Cudi. Cudi testified last week that he suspected Combs firebombed his car in 2012 out of jealousy of Cudi’s then-relationship with Ventura. (Combs’ defense has requested this be stricken from the record, arguing that it is speculative).

We will also get into the latest in the legal resistance to the Trump Administration’s edicts.

There’s more around immigrant deportations: a federal judge in Boston found the Trump administration violated his order by sending a bunch convicted violent offenders on a flight bound for the war-torn country of South Sudan, where only one of them is from. The men are currently being detained in Djibouti.
