It’s just a feeling……. I won’t be shocked if he takes his life in prison. He was way to nonchalant and downright “normal” acting/sounding when the judge was asking the questions needed to accept his plea.

I plan to get your book when it comes out. I’m curious what brought these people to Kohlberg’s attention originally. I thought I had heard somebody maybe saying there was someone that worked in a restaurant and possibly he went there. Tragic. thank you for all your hard research on this topic. I personally am glad he plead guilty. It would’ve been a circus. We’ll see how long he lasts in prison. He’ll probably be in a highly protected area at least for a while. maybe Idaho corrections doesn’t do that?

It’s interesting to me that you say this because I had a very impactful nervous system overload when I read the police report a few years ago that detailed his stalking of them. It gave details of how they traced his phone pings on the route and all of that. I seriously had to step away from reading it because my body got so disregulated till I could calm my nerves to continue. I obviously didn’t have anything near the information and details you have about this but it was just the “ walking in his shoes” that unnerves you I think.

But he didn't have to walk by Zana's door to get out of the house. Her room was on the other side of the house. I truly believe she encountered him on her way out of the kitchen after placing her Door Dash bag in the kitchen. That why the roommate heard "There's someone here."
